Candidates who possess the following skills will fit right in:

• Hold a university degree or college diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering

• AutoCAD experience

• Revit / BIM experience (in mechanical and electrical systems)

• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in the design of mechanical and electrical engineering building systems (Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing, Fire Protection, Power Distribution, Lighting, Fire Alarm and Life Safety and Communications)

• Project Management

• Good communication skills

• Able to conduct themselves professionally

• Agility
